Imagine What You Could Accomplish Working with Your Own Personal Coach...
Be First Class offers personal and business coaching to individuals. Our one to one coaching offers clients a safe and confidential environment to reflect, take stock and plan for the future and importantly just be themselves!
Having studied human potential and after working with thousands of individuals to help them achieve their goals, we have found that most people already know exactly what they need to do to create First Class results in every area of their life... they just don't do it! It's easier to maintain focus when you have a First Class professional coach holding you to account, supporting and challenging you and helping you to move in the right direction.
How does it work?
Initially we arrange a "getting to know you" session which we use to ensure we can help and that the chemistry between coach and client is right. This lasts for 90 minutes. Following this we design a programme that involves a series of one to one sessions either face to face or by skype/telephone. Each person is different and use the sessions for different purposes but typically clients arrange six sessions spread over a three to six month period. Once these sessions have been completed we review progress with clients to ensure their goals have been met and decide if further sessions are necessary or appropriate.
We work with people who want to:-
We also offer special one off work/life balance and goal setting sessions which last for two hours.

When one door of happiness closes, another opens but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one which has been opened for us.
