I am an experienced coach, mentor and facilitator who has worked independently since 2000 and led workshops internationally for businesses and private individuals.
I have a range of clients from self-employed professionals and entrepreneurs through to managers and leaders in blue chip companies, Government agencies and Charities.
After a successful 18 year career in the Financial Services industry, I fulfilled a personal dream in 2000 when I started my own business.
I am comfortable working one to one with all levels of Leadership and Management, running team and management development workshops and I am accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management to teach and help people to gain a coaching and mentoring qualification.
My 12 years of coaching, mentoring and facilitation experience as well as a successful entrepreneurial career, have given me the ability to understand all aspects of business and what it takes to achieve desired results. This helps the individuals and teams that I work with to discover practical solutions and outcomes that transform personal and business performance.
I am passionate about people development and I enjoy helping people to have successful careers, grow their business, develop their leadership capability and maintain good work/life balance.
I am interested in Positive psychology and the impact that a positive mindset has on results. I have much experience in supporting people to get focus and clarity, develop a clear vision and create a plan and structure to achieve their goals.
My work is grounded in strong commercial acumen, knowledge and experience combined with excellent people skills and with an eye always on ensuring my customers gets the results they desire. I am qualified to use a range of psychometric and behavioural profiling tools and am a NLP business and master practitioner.
I live in the UK with my wife Julia and my personal interests include football, cricket, theatre and golf. I gained valuable experience from 10 years voluntary work with the Princes Trust.
